Description of Services

RoomCraft Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios designs and installs sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, four season rooms, solariums, and related outdoor structure improvements for residential properties in the greater Los Angeles area. All work is performed by licensed and insured personnel. Services are subject to availability, site conditions, and applicable permits.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates we provide are free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed. A written estimate is prepared after an on-site consultation and is based on the conditions observed at that time.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the consultation, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if material costs increase significantly due to supply conditions.

A written contract is required before any work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding on our part.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a contract is signed, we will schedule the project based on current workload and permit timelines. We will communicate a start date and keep you updated on any changes.

If you need to postpone or cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation of a signed contract may result in a charge for work already completed, materials ordered, and permits filed on your behalf. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in your written contract.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or supply chain issues beyond our control. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in each individual written contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or completion. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods agreed in writing.

Failure to make payments on schedule may result in a pause in work until the balance is brought current. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to interest at the rate permitted under California law.

Permits and Compliance

We obtain all required building permits for the work we perform unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are included in the project estimate unless noted separately. The customer is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and that any HOA approval required for the project is obtained prior to the start of work.

Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind our workmanship and provide a written workmanship warranty as set out in each project contract. The warranty covers defects in our installation work for the period specified in that document.

Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms of each manufacturer. We will assist you in pursuing a valid manufacturer warranty claim where applicable.

Our warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, acts of nature, modifications made by others, or failure to maintain the structure as recommended.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoomCraft Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or damage the site, impersonate any person, or collect information from the site by automated means without our permission.

The content on this website - including text, images, and graphics - is owned by or licensed to RoomCraft Inglewood Sunrooms & Patios. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution
