Services We Provide

We specialize in sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor living space construction. When you hire us, we will provide you with a written estimate that outlines the work we will do, the materials we will use, and the total cost.

Your estimate is valid for 30 days from the date we provide it. Prices may change after that time due to material cost changes or other factors beyond our control.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work. The deposit amount will be specified in your contract. The remaining balance is due when the project is completed to your satisfaction.

We accept payment by check, cash, or credit card. If payment is not received within 15 days of project completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance.

Project Timeline

We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. We work hard to stay on schedule, but sometimes delays happen due to weather, material shortages, or permit issues.

If a delay occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an updated timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Changes to Your Project

If you want to make changes to your project after work has started, just let us know. We will provide you with a written change order that outlines the new work and any additional costs.

Changes may affect your project timeline and final cost. We will not proceed with changes until you approve the change order in writing.

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work. Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of project completion. If you experience any issues related to our installation during that time, we will fix it at no charge to you.

Materials and products come with manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with warranty information for all materials used in your project. Manufacturer warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins by notifying us in writing. If you cancel after we have ordered materials or started work, you will be responsible for the cost of materials purchased and work completed.

We reserve the right to cancel a project if payment is not received as agreed or if you do not provide access to your property as needed.

Liability and Insurance

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for all our employees. You will not be held responsible for injuries that occur to our workers while they are on your property.

We take care to protect your property during construction. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items that are not marked or disclosed before work begins.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain any required building permits for your project. Permit fees are typically included in your project estimate, but if not, they will be listed separately.

All work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations. If inspections are required, we will coordinate with the building department and notify you of inspection dates.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will work with you to find a fair solution. We believe in open communication and resolving issues quickly and professionally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through discussion, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be handled in the state of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
